PXL Games, LLC has created Marble Park as a free app with in-app purchases. This app is provided by PXL Games, LLC at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We strongly believe in protecting privacy information, and as such do not knowingly collect any personal information within Marble Park. If inadvertently we are supplied with any personal information, this information is immediately destroyed and discarded. We do not make any effort to collect, use, or share your information with anyone. If you choose to use Marble Park, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

Third Party Service Providers

Unlike other apps, Marble Park does not use any third party services or code within the app and only explicitly uses Apple's iOS Application Programming Interface (API). Even the 3D engine is written entirely from scratch.

Crash Data

While running Marble Park there may be a crash within the app. Apple may send us crash information which we will only use to debug the app. Any information that Apple sends us will only be used for this purpose and will be immediately destroyed and discarded after fixing the bug.

Children’s Privacy

Because we make no attempt whatsoever at collecting personal information, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information (which should not be possible just by using the app), we will immediately destroy and discard such information. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information in some way, please contact us to notify us.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time, but we have no interest in personal information at all. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
